Montreal - May 4, 2000 - Rubenstein Bros. is pleased to announce that effective May 8, they will be opening a new call centre to support embroidery software users across Canada.

The bilingual call centre will be open from 8h30 to 16h30 EST, with special arrangements possible for after hours support inquiries. The call centre will support Rubenstein customers who own Pulse or TAJIMA software and TAJIMA 1 head, 2 head, 4 head and 6 head embroidery machines.

Rubenstein now extends its exclusive distribution of TAJIMA embroidery machines and software to Atlantic Canada. This agreement expands a thriving relationship that Rubenstein Bros. has built since becoming TAJIMA's first North American distributor in 1976.
